Happy Friday church family!

Merry Christmas! I pray that you are in the midst of celebrating our Savior’s birth with family and friends – able to enjoy the peace and joy of the season. I am taking a few moments, sitting in our sunroom, listening to Christmas music and surrounded by the hustle and bustle of getting ready for family to come in this afternoon. It will be good to have all the family under one roof at one time. I know that will be more and more difficult as time goes on.

And as we mark holidays and look forward to the quickly approaching New Year, it is a good time to pause and reflect where we’ve been in 2025 and to look forward in anticipation to 2026. Let us pray over this upcoming year – both individually and as a church family – asking for God’s direction, provision, and guidance. And let us walk into the new with boldness knowing that God is good and He is faithful. May you all be blessed!

5 Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. 6 Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the great deep. You, Lord, preserve both people and animals. 7 How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings. 8 They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. 9 For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. 10 Continue your love to those who know you, your righteousness to the upright in heart. Psalm 36:5-10 NIV
